It was a pleasant and clean environment, the staff were pleasant and very helpful especially the receptionists and the cleaners. Abdul Macet and Elif were so helpful and kind. The facilities were perfect and well thought out, and accessibility is great.

Brilliant location. Lots of shops and restaurants walking distant. Tramline very close to all places especially to Sultanahmet. Very safe area. Historia Mall is very good and across the road from hotel. Bed was very comfortable.

It was like stepping back in time yet having all the modern day luxuries. Absolutely amazing staff that go above and beyond to meet your needs.
